**Sales Associate – Historic Downtown Department Store**
**128 College St E, Fayetteville, TN
**Hours:** Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Sunday & one weekday off)
Are you passionate about customer service and love the charm of a historic shopping experience? Lawson’s is looking for a friendly, dependable Sales Associate to join their team at their beloved department store in downtown Fayetteville, TN.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and help with displays
- Support store events and promotions
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment
- Use social media to highlight products and promotions in store
**Qualifications:**
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
